I had to wait 1.5 hours for a hair trim, not happy! I even made an appointment before-hand.
One other time, I called in to my appointment and they couldn't even find me in their appointment book, they forgot to write my name in and said they will squeeze me in, that too took too long to wait.. worst than waiting at a medicare bulked bill doctors surgery!
