My grandma was sick ,went to get emergency visa,the website says they open at 8am,they opened at 9am,the window for emergency visa did not open altogether,We could hear people talking inside,finally after waiting for almost 3 hours I asked if somebody could help us,then the cashier took our money and told us to come back at 3pm for the visa.Came back at 2 55 pm and waited till 330pm again I complained ,I could see people inside eating khaaman dhoklas,but no courtesy to help.TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL.
