I have been booking my tickets to India from Shiv travels for a while now. I like the service by the owner. It was all well till a problem with the reservation arose during my last flight. I had to miss my flight due to airline mess up and since I had booked my ticket through the travel agent, the airline would not re-book my ticket or give me a refund. I asked shiv travels for help. I never got a resolution to the problem. Also, a friend who booked her tickets through shiv travels, missed her flight due to traffic in mumbai. They called shiv travels multiple times and left messages. Never heard back or got a resolution. She rebooked her flight online with a $75 fee by the airline. So Shiv travels is great until you buy your tickets through them, But afterwards they do not help if something happens to your ticket. Submit review See all 1 reviews
