The Indian Graduate Student’s Association or IGSA is an organization formed and collaborated by Indian graduate students studying in various disciplines at Stevens Institute of Technology.IGSA promotes Indian culture on the college campus, thereby providing a platform for Indian students to express their creative customs, thoughts and ideas. As a warm welcome, every fall semester new members are accepted into IGSA with the annual Welcoming Ceremony. Also, during the fall semester the famous Diwali Party is organized to celebrate the Indian Festival of Lights and in the following semester, during the spring, the Festival of Colors, Holi, is exulted. IGSA is well known at Stevens for bringing the rich vibrancy of Indian dance and music to the stage and the sizzling delight of Indian cuisine to the table that leaves everyone mouth-watering for more!IGSA is one of the selected few graduate student associations at Stevens that is very active in a real sense, and is looking forward to the coming zealous and energy-filled semesters ahead.
