What we’re about
Welcome. We are a group of young (20's-30's) professionals and grad students interested in socializing and meeting/making friends with indians around the Triangle. Perfect meetup for desis who are new to the area, All races are welcome!
Bit of History - We were formerly called PIA - Professional Indians Association, Largest and longest running Indian meetup group in the area. We have been connecting young Indians since 2006 in triangle. We have close to 850 members.
Monthly events include meeting at Hikes, bars/restaurants, Bollywood nights, potlucks, Indian concerts/performances, outdoor activities, community service and volunteering.
If you join this group be aware that we charge 5$ on your first meetup towards annual meetup fee.
New residents are invited as this will be a great way to meet new friends and learn about the Triangle.
